Road Trip Begins tomorrow!



I am headed out tomorrow on a long solo road trip visiting my four other siblings across the United States and ending up in Swansboro, NC which is near the Outer Banks and also next to the USMC Camp Lejeune. I put links to the parks I intend to stay at and I don’t know how to make the links live so you may have to copy and paste in your browser address. I will attempt to add them but I still have to pack the car and it is already 8:30pm here- gotta Go!

Thursday leave late morning
Portland – Riverside State Park – Bowl and Punch- just north of Spokane, WA

Sunday- Stay till Tuesday
Drive to Mount Rushmore and the Badlands- stay somewhere in Chamberlain, SD and hang for two days

Tuesday,
Chamberlain, SD to somewhere along the west side of Iowa

Iowa - St. Louis – stay with oldest brother Brad and his wife Becky for a few days

Friday
St. Louis to Danville, KY – sort of middle of KY- to visit eldest sister Lobie and her husband Wyatt.

Sunday
Danville, KY to Middleburg, VA to stay with Sister Rae, husband Kent and son Forrest. Hang few days.

Wednesday,
Middleburg, VA to Swansboro, NC.  About 3,000 miles at that point. Be ready to stay out of the car by then! ;)
